Pre Wedding Shoot at Tal-y-llyn
The beautiful Tal-y-llyn is situated in Tywyn, a seaside village off Cardigan bay. I had not visited Tal-y-llyn before. My gosh, I wish I had a dashcam as the views as I drove to the lake was incredible. When choosing a pre-wedding shoot location I always ask for a mixture of wide-open spaces and cover like trees. As an added bonus a body of water like a reservoir or lake makes for a stunning backdrop. Well, Catherine and Carl picked the most incredible spot and I am so grateful to them for showing me some Welsh beauty I hadn't seen before. To find Tal-y-llyn head for the Ty'n y Cornel Hotel, Tal-y-llyn, Tywyn LL36 9AJ and you could even stop for some lunch there.
Brining a furry friend
Catherine and Carl wanted a mixture of photographs of themselves and also with their new very baby who is awesome. I LOVE dogs and I am always happy to include them in photoshoots. It is always ideal to be able to have a mixture with and without them. If you bring your furry friend to your shoot a tip is, to bring a lead so they can be tied up temporarily or maybe bring a friend who can walk the dog while you have your own photographs together.
