Amy and James married in a lovely small church in Beckbury, a beautiful tiny village in the Shropshire countryside. It almost seems like you are going the wrong way down some windy lanes, and then this perfect village seems to appear out of nowhere. It was such a beautiful place to do wedding photography.
Amy’s wedding dress was a lovely fitted lace dress with a stunning neckline and beautiful Kris cross straps. She teamed it with simple jewellery and did her own hair and make-up. The finishing touch was her stunning Jenny Packham shoes which Amy further customised with some lace.
The wedding theme was very rustic and there was an amazing smell from the table favours as you entered the barn which adjoins their reception venue at the Hundred House Hotel. There were little details everywhere, from birdseed love heart favours to handmade gift bags for the kids, and they made the table plan with tiny plant pots, love it!
The bridesmaids were in different shaded pink dresses, which all complemented each other and looked stunning on the girls. The guys in the tartan looked fantastic and was a nod to James’ Scottish roots.
You might see in the speeches a brief article about James discovering Jesus in his sock! I have found the link for you if you fancy a read!
We had such a fantastic day doing wedding photography with Amy and James. Their suppliers are at the end.
