Lucy and Ben chose a gorgeous church in Glyn Ceiriog for their wedding ceremony. They chose the church based on the stunning views of the countryside. Lucy wanted to make the most of the countryside views and chose to have all her formals at the church which is usually a good idea if there is enough space as it means guests aren’t missing because they are at the bar!

Lucy went for a fitted lace dress with sleeves and a lovely cut out back detail, she teamed this with pearl earrings and a cathedral length veil which was her something borrowed. The guys wore grey suits with grey waistcoats and very shiny black shoes!

The theme of the day was books with the tables named after famous lovers from literature my favourite being Bella & Edward! (I am a huge Twilight fan; Jason on the other hand asked who they were!) The colours used were shades of white adding a classy and timeless feel to the day and looked amazing in the conservatory room of the Lion Quays which was their chosen reception venue.

There were 7 bridesmaids which is the most we have ever had and I must say I loved it. I thought there would be chaos in the morning but it went really smoothly and the getting ready was so much fun. The bridesmaids all wore matching dresses in green and had smaller matching bouquet the bride.
