Owen House Wedding Barn is a photographer dream, it is like a playground for wedding photographs. It has some amazing features like a gant disco ball and a smoke machine; the decor is incredible. The farm venue offers incredible outdoor views but also has something not many venues have, which is indoor space for photographs.
The civil ceremony room is one of my favourite rooms. It has incredible light, which offers wedding photography a dream day out! It is one of the most exciting venues to have arrived in Cheshire.

OWEN HOUSE WEDDING BARN
Owen House offers a huge scope in accommodating your ceremony and reception. The civil ceremony room can host 120 seated guest for your wedding ceremony or 150 people standing. The barn can seat 190 people for your wedding reception, and you can add up to 250 for the evening. You hire the venue exclusively for you and your wedding guests for your day. Catering is provided by the incredible Cheshire dining experience who work seamlessly with the wedding venue to provide incredible food. I would imagine this barn is firmly on your shortlist!
I approach weddings at Owen House Barn to capture the venue’s beauty. I usually start during the day with the hay bale area, making the most of the nice light and quirky space. Then, later in the day, when the light has settled and isn’t so strong, I love to use the outdoor areas for a natural feel. Of course, we can use the shooting lodge when they open it up to you later. I will photograph you naturally even when we go off for some portraits I like couples to interact, ignore the camera and I will photograph the moment candidly.

How to find Owen House Wedding Barn
Owen house is in Knutsford on Small lane.
You will be on Pepper Street, which will either merge into Small Lane for you, or you will come to a junction and see a sign for Small Lane in front of you and turn right.
Landmarks you will pass are a railway bridge you drive under and a long bend with black and white road signs with Mobberley pointing in your direction.
After the Mobberley sign, you are nearly there. You will see a triangle warning sign with sharp bends and a brown sign for Owen House. Your turn is on the left after this.
If you use Google Maps as your Sat Nav you can use the Google plus code to find it 8MJF+GF Knutsford;. To use it, simply copy and paste the plus code into Google Maps. It is also an easy way of sharing the location with your guests.
