Wedding Photography at Pentrehobyn Hall
It was our first visit to Pentrehobyn Hall. Therefore, our first time being a doing wedding photography at Pentrehobyn Hall. The venue is up the road from us. Consequently, we've passed it so many times and wondered what was at the end of the drive! Well, we were pleased to say the least. What incredible surroundings and a lovely converted barn with exceptionally high ceilings. It is the prefect venue for more intimate weddings, but it also holds a lot. Therefore, it is also suitable for larger gatherings.
Dawn and Darryl's wedding story
Dawn and Darryl married in Pentrehobyn Hall, a new venue for me. There are two parts to the venue. Firstly a gorgeous hall with beautiful gardens. Secondly a smaller venue called the coach house with its own private garden. It's the prefect venue to put your own stamp on your wedding, a lovely hidden gem.
I always ask the bride and groom to supply me with a story of how they met and their wedding plans. I love reading them and I know you do to as lots have mentioned it to me. In short, this is one of my favourites...
How you met-
Unfortunately, our love story began in Rhyl!! After love at first sight, he visited me in university at Manchester and I seduced him with a pint of red wine, after that he was mine forever!
The proposal-
After waiting a LONG 7yrs for a proposal, we went on an amazing holiday to Thailand, where he saved it until the very last night, left me alone with a map to find him on the beach where we watched the sun go down with tea lights, flowers, prosecco and an Italian picnic, before walking along the water and he proposed! Hooray!!
