A small wedding at Mold Registry
With just the couple and 2 guests the brides parents it made the ceremony intimate, emotional and sweet. I was needed for just 1 hour to photograph the ceremony and a few photos outside the registry office. The building itself was having work done so I had to avoid scaffolding and skips but there's a cute little lawned area that we made the most of. I thought the wedding had that whimsical touch with the brides flowers being homemade.
I am so glad that just because they were having a small wedding at the Mold Registry Office it didn't stop them from having beautiful wedding photography. They were so pleased with the results. Based at Llwynegrin Hall, Mold Registry Office is located just outside the market town of Mold. From the moment you walk in, you will be greeted with a warm and friendly atmosphere. They have a gorgeous ornate fireplace in the waiting area and rooms of various sizes for the most intimate weddings to the slightly larger.
I have photographed many small and short coverage weddings there now and the building is beautiful, a country home style built by local architect Thomas Jones and dates back to 1830.

The couple
Maisie & Stephen had their small and short coverage wedding away from home in elopement style. They wanted something personal and without fuss and a ceremony that could allow them to feel relaxed and be themselves. From the gorgeous dress to the simple garden flower bouquet the wedding just felt easy with lots of smiles and laughter. They had popped to the shops that morning for some confetti and were deciding where to go for food after the ceremony. How lovely to be spontaneous and carefree on your wedding day.

I adore Small Weddings
I am based in Penyffordd, Chester and will travel with 1 and a half hrs for a smaller coverage wedding. I have been shooting since 2009 and my wedding photographs are a blend of very natural mixed in with some requested friends and family shots which I also like to shoot as relaxed as possible.
