Chloe and Ian's Tern Hill Hall Wedding Photography

Chloe and Ian are really fun to be around, I think they are opposites that attracted but as a perfect piece for each other.

The day started at Chloe’s house, where there were 6 of the most well-behaved bridesmaids. The morning was lovely I was made to feel so welcome, and it was a lovely relaxed morning with a few tears! Both Chloe and Ian have a lovely set of friends.

The ceremony was lovely. Moreover, there were some significant moments with the rings getting a little stuck and some teary moments which were lovely.

The confetti was great, Chloe and Ian had stuck confetti bags to the back of the order of service. This was a fab idea and worked really well, especially as people forget confetti these days and it's a straightforward way to hand it out.

We then headed to the venue where I met the fantastic Staffordshire toast master and a special mention (and I rarely do these) goes out to the staff at Tern Hill Hall who were fantastic. The food was waiting for us as soon as they announced in the couple which is a rarity, often they serve us last which is a struggle to get in for speeches.

Completely relaxed staff made for a fantastic wedding day and likewise, really well-managed staff. I am sure all the guests would share the same sentiment.

Wedding Ceremony Venue in Shropshire

They held the ceremony in the beautiful St James Church, The square, Shropshire. The church is set on a hill overlooking the centre of the village, consequently it looks majestic in its spot in the village.

Groom's Wedding Suit

Swoon, who does not love a wedding tux? In short, I mean, it is just a classic that looks good on everyone and it will never date.

Wedding Dress

Chloe had a magnificent A line wedding dress with a small train. The dress had organza layering with flower embellishments In addition, a gorgeous v neck and caped sleeves to the top of the dress.

Brides wedding Bouquet

I love roses and it is not very often these days that you get a full bouquet of them on a wedding day but yet they look and smell amazing. The stunning blush pink looked charming coupled with the bride’s dress.

Brides Wedding Hair

Chloe’s hair cascaded down one side of her face in lovely large curls and was finished with a dazzling diamante hair piece to elevate her hair to another level.

Wedding Reception Venue in Shropshire

It was my first wedding photography visit to Tern Hill Hall, Shropshire, and what an incredible place to have a wedding. The outside space there is impressive subsequently it looked hypnotic in the beautiful sunshine that we had on the wedding day.

We used a lot of off camera flash in the evening. This is to help pull more detail out of the sky and highlight the couple in the stunning gardens. We use Canon flashes and shot the wider shots with a 24-70L.
